    Looking to swap careers or find new opportunities? My coaching service is here to make that switch less scary. I have been translating academic know-how to the applied sector for over ten years and know all about moving from uni to industry.

    You'll dive into some self-discovery, get hands-on examples, and help with your CV, job applications, and networking. I’ll share all my learnings on how to swap careers and find a career that feels meaningful – and it feels like you.

    We can meet remotely or in-person in Helsinki or Turku.

  • Business Coaching

    Are you looking into building a business that utilises human insights, qualitative research, and mixed-methods approaches?

    Let me help you build the foundation of your business by helping you with product and service design, business, designb randing, and verbalising your skills.

    Research coaching is all about boosting your team's research game. It's crafted for organizations that want to up their research skills and spark a vibe of ongoing learning and creativity.

    Using the GROW model, I will help your team dream big, plan well, and commit to top-notch research. It's a custom fit, matching your group's learning needs perfectly.

    Your crew will get the lowdown on the latest in research methods, helping everyone work smarter, develop their talents, and achieve impact.

How do I coach

and mentor?

I use a mixture of solution-oriented coaching methods to service design and anthropology to help you gain a better understanding of yourself & your potential.

I have successfully career coached dozens of experts and academics since 2018. The development of skills in the creative field is very often also linked to the expert's own identity and self-perceptions, which means that growth and development alone can seem challenging.

As a business and research coach I tap into my vast experience in product and service design, tailor my approach to your needs, and help you create impactful solutions that make sense in your organisational culture.
